Coming together, sharing together, working together, succeeding together

That's what is apparent with the dream team that has come together as a result of our unifed desire to give to those less fortunate than ourselves... the Lismore event Rebuilding Northern Rivers Support Forum was just the beginning of great things to come.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to my fellow coaches for sticking with it... and, I look forward to working with you all on the Smart Living Webinar series commencing Thursday 9th July 2009.

I believe we are now firmly on the path to imminent success, part Evolution and part Revolution with this new initiative in coaching. Because, whatever we do we know that a career reinvention whether it be our own or that of our clients, is a matter of fine-tuning. It entails others' perception of us and the way we present ourselves.

On the evolution side, the factors such as consistant learning and the desire to serve and satisfy have already charged us with great levels of success, as we continue with these aspects ...

• our interpersonal strength
• our natural talents
• our ongoing education and learned skills
• aspects of our personal brands, professionalism, imagination and style of communication, all fit our avenue of pursuit

On the Revolution side:

• for some of us, an entirely new direction and/or field
• our new target audience
• the strategic alliances we have forged
• our personal development is important to strengthern areas that are important in our new direction and our committment of investing in ourselves is most gratifying and fulfilling

I look forward to more think tanks with you all as we continue to reinvent our careers and businesses. And... Congratulations on creating the change YOU want.
